Suzanne Proksa is a JIll of all trades. Suzanne is a Life and Wellness Coach for women who are ready to shed self-doubt, the shackles of chronic illness, and move past old lives to reach their highest potential. She is also a Business Strategist for fun loving, purpose driven women in their early years of business who want to drive audience growth and engagement that leads to sales.
In her 5 years as a coach, she's helped hundreds of women gain confidence, establish clarity in their businesses, get visible, create simple strategies and automation to grow their businesses, crush their tech challenges, and start making cash.
Suzanne uses her creativity, tech savvy, and marketing experience combined with her 20+ years of Human Resources to help her clients uncover their secret sauce and convert that genius into sales.
Suzanne has had her hands in business nearly her entire life from when she was a kid selling her creations in her neighborhood to when she was a Featured Seller on Etsy making over $8k in one weekend selling soy candles. Suzanne started her online journey as a Certified Health Coach and Holistic Health Practitioner in 2015 and quickly transitioned to the love of her life - business coaching.

Life & Wellness Coaching
After a lifetime of struggle and battling exhausting and limiting chronic illness, I decided to turn that experience, passion and RESULTS into help for other women. Nobody should do this alone. I am a Certified Wellness Coach through the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP) and a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) and have spent a lifetime studying what makes us tick in order to create a life full of peace, potential, and fulfillment. And giggles...always giggles.

I spent over 10 years as a successful Etsy seller who was not only a Featured Seller but also featured in a book for Etsy Sellers. As an innovator in the Etsy space, I built a large audience doing things that are just now catching on.

Human Resources & Training Strategy
Human Resources isn't what it used to be. Businesses count on their HR professionals to be strategic and innovative in this climate, none of which is taught in college. In my 20+ years in Human Resources and Training up to Director level, I've launched multiple programs and initiatives and have been called, "The best HR person I've ever worked with," and "At the top of the list of HR people I've known," by my supervisors. And no, I don't regurge what is in the complicated 20 step HR books that put you to sleep after Chapter 2. I use common sense and techniques that WORK to get employees engaged and create environments where you aren't selling your soul to try to get good candidates or keep top employees.
