Would You Buy From You (BMM EP002)
Sep 06, 2024
"This question can either make you fist-pump with joy or give you a serious case of the uh-ohs."
Buckle up, because this is going to be both fun and transformative!
So, here's the zinger: Would you buy from you? I know, major mic drop moment, right? This question can either make you fist-pump with joy or give you a serious case of the uh-ohs. But don't worry, I've got your back.
Why This Question Matters
The heart of your business beats on client attraction. Whether you're a coaching superstar, a freelance whiz, or a product wizard, getting folks to buy what you're offering is crucial. And here’s the kicker: understanding why (or why not) someone would choose you over the zillion other options out there is half the battle.
So let's get real for a moment. Grab your favorite notebook (you know, the cute one you never actually write in) or pop open a fresh doc on your laptop. Let's dig deep with these clear takeaways:
- Be Honest With Yourself
Ask yourself the hard question: Would you buy from you? And then take a deep breath. If your immediate answer is no, that's okay. This revelation can be your secret weapon to turn things around.
- List Your Reasons
Jot down all the reasons why you’d hesitate to buy from yourself. And don’t hold back! It might sting a little, but this kind of honesty is pure gold. Are you not visible enough? Are your offers not clear? Maybe there’s some trust factor that needs bolstering.
- Find Your Fixes
On the flip side of that paper or document, brainstorm ways to turn those no’s into a big, resounding yes. If you’re not visible enough, list specific ways to get yourself out there. Hosting a webinar, going live on social media, or even guest blogging are all fabulous ways to increase your visibility and showcase your expertise.
- Take Action
All the brainstorming in the world won’t help if you don’t act on it. So pick one or two action items and commit to them. Remember, staying stuck in analysis mode is a no-go. You’re a doer, not a dreamer, right?
And here’s where the fun part comes in. I absolutely want to hear what you come up with! If you’re a female entrepreneur who loves fun and wants to share and get support, join me in the Facebook group. Share your revelations, your new game plans, and let’s cheer each other on.
Alright, my lovely go-getters, that’s your scoop for today. Get out there, figure out why someone might hesitate to buy from you, and flip that script! Remember, knowing the problem is the first step toward solving it.
As always, I’m here rooting for you and can’t wait to see your businesses blossom. Until next time, keep rocking it!
