BUY MY FAVE SCALE →Pillow
I think I've tried all of the sleep apps and so far, Pillow is my favorite. It has been the most accurate and links to Apple Health, working with your Apple Watch.

Ensuring you are losing inches as well as weight is so important on a weight loss journey. ZOZOFit takes all of your measurements using the camera on your phone and you can compare dates over time. The visuals are also super helpful!
